Every morning in Alasora, 500 children from the surrounding area gather to get a drink of milk and biscuits. They usually walk barefooted, and arrive between 6:00 and 6:30 at the diocese. For the moment, their craving for milk is sated, but for many it is the only meal of the day. Some of the lucky ones save a little milk in plastic containers for later. Afterwards, they leave running because school starts at 7:15.
