Inauguration of the University in Manakara.

On 3rd June 2015, His Divine Beatitude the Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and all Africa Theodore II flew to Manakara. He was formally welcomed by the Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity, and after the thanksgiving, he was presented with traditional handmade artefacts. In Manakara, the Patriarch inaugurated and sanctified the first Orthodox University in Madagascar. The University is a donation from the Orthodox Christian Educational Body of Saint Seraphim, in Karditsa (Greece).
